About this portal
This portal lets residents and institutions of the Benishangul-Gumuz Regional State send service applications, official letters, complaints and information requests to government offices online, and follow them with a reference number.
Every request is registered with a unique reference, the office responsible for it, and a target date. The office then reviews and answers it.
Your information
Your details and documents are stored on the portal's server and are only visible to the office handling your request. The public tracking page shows only the status of a request, and only to someone who knows both its reference and the phone number used.
